With Flash Health’s Cashless OPD Claim Process, employees will be entitled to 2 types of claims

System Claim is Flash Health’s innovative process to make healthcare easily accessible and affordable. Simply use any of Flash Health’s services to enjoy a frictionless healthcare experience. Don’t spend money or neither submit a claim. It’s that easy!

Step 1: Place an order

Talk to a doctor or simply upload a prescription to get medication or a home lab test using Flash Health’s services.

Step 2: Sit back and enjoy!

Sit back and enjoy the service at your convenience without spending for it or having to submit paperwork!

Manual Claim is the conventional process where an employee submits a claim via the Flash Health app. Our licensed pharmacist reviews the claims—a transparent claim review process with real-time updates to employees.

Step 1: Claim Submission

Employees submit their medical claims paperwork through the Flash Health app.

Step 2: Claim Review (TPA)

The claims are reviewed by our licensed pharmacist to ensure accuracy and eligibility.

Step 3: Employee Updated

Real-time updates keep the employee informed on their claim status and balance.

Step 4: Fund Disbursement

Flash Heath disburses the approved funds directly to the employees bank account

How will the billing be done?

Flash Health will submit 2 invoices at the end of each month.

Claim Utilization Invoice

This invoice will carry the total value of the approved claims within the given (Monthly / Bi-weekly) period. Once the invoice is processed, the funds will be disbursed to employees.

Subscription Invoice

This will be the monthly charge based on the number of users on the platform. Prices start at Rs.250 per user/month. Bulk discounts are available for corporates above 500 employees.
